Hi. I'm Ashley

I studied Visual Communications Design at the University of Trinidad and Tobago and went on to doing freelance work for a couple local printeries and businesses. To expand my portfolio of work, I also challenge myself creatively, by working on personal projects when I can. They entail different mediums and complexity compared to my day to day work. I religiously begin a project by putting pen to paper and allowing my ideas to introduce themselves organically. I tend to gravitate towards the concept that encompasses the vision in the most successful yet unexpected way. I want the outcome to be captivating yet different, a way to initiate curiosity but also clarity in the message being conveyed. The goal is to attract an audience in a manner that leaves them wanting more. Memorable designs and ideas that are successful in initiating action and high aesthetic value.
